gluten-free breakfast
Breakfast is an organic collection of gluten-free homebaked muffins, homemade jam, organic butter and assorted Salt Spring cheeses. Orange juice is included. Wonderful organic fair-trade coffee's and tea's are provided as well as some artisan spring water. A kettle, fridge, toaster and coffee-maker are available to you for your convenience. The barbeque can be fired up and we can store other things in our fridge or freezer for you.
For longer stays, I change the breakfast up every morning so that you can try something new. Breakfasts can include: puffed apple pancake, baked in a cast iron pan and served hot with whipped cream, a home-made flan served with fruit, gluten-free granola served with fruit and yogurt, a savory gluten-free scone or gluten-free tea biscuits.
Breakfast at right is Gluten-free Almond Scone served with Organic Moonstruck Cheese, Organic Jam, Organic Butter and Organic Orange Juice.

Gluten-free Puffed Apple Pancake, served with Organic Whipped Cream, Maple Syrup or Honey, Moonstruck Organic Cheese, Organic Butter, Organic Homemade Jam and Organic Orange Juice, Organic Avalon Dairy Cream and Kicking Horse Namastea Organic Coffee or Organic Earl Grey Tea. Decaffeinated Coffee and many herbal teas are available too.
