Based on double occupancy.
Each extra adult is $45 per night.
Children under 12 stay free.
Children over 12 are $15 per night extra.
Minimum two night stay.
Dogs please pay a $15 per night puppy fee.
All rates are in Canadian dollars with taxes included.
Ferry pickup or drop off $25
Nightly Stays:
Year Round Rates: $110 per night.
Weekly Stays: $700 per week.
Rent our Whole House: $1600 per week
(sleeps 10, 2000 sq ft., 3 bathrooms).
Check-in time: 4-7 pm; Check-out time: 11 am.
Reservations are considered booked when a 100% deposit is received. Cancellation refunds will be credited to your paypal account or mailed to you by cheque. Please give 14 days notice of cancellation. Less than 14 days will be charged half the reservation amount. Less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full reservation amount.
Please no smoking on the property.
We accept paypal, Visa, MC or cash.

You can reserve in two easy steps. Check the calendar to see if your desired days are available and then send us an email.
Then pay in full with your credit card of choice using paypal or phoning me. Your reservation will be confirmed with an email invoice. Payments by cheque are booked once the cheque is received in our mail. An invoice can be mailed or emailed.
